Source Management (Alpha)
Before referencing tasks or stages, the configuration files of tasks or stages need to be stored in a specific space, namely, the Source. Depending on the provider of the source, there are platform sources provided by the platform and custom sources used by users. Source management refers to the management of custom sources.
To make it easier for project members to understand and maintain the source code, it is recommended that you organize custom task, stage, and template definition files into logical directories according to a certain structure.
Creating custom sources makes it easy for project members to reference custom tasks or stages in builds or release pipelines.
If the platform administrator has assigned a source to your project, the source will be automatically assigned to all namespaces under the project. You can reassign the namespaces that can use the source. If you have created the source yourself, you can also update the namespace scope that can use the source in this way.
