How to deal with monitoring panel page load failure?

Why cannot continue: When clicking on Dashboards in the left navigation bar to view the platform monitoring panel, it prompts loading failed.

Problem Cause: The page cannot be loaded properly due to certificate issues.

Solutions: Set the browser’s Site Settings > Permissions > Insecure Content to Allow, then return to the platform and reload the page.
