Under what circumstances are 'normal' IDP users unable to log in to the platform?

If the LDAP system that is integrated with the platform does not synchronize user changes in real-time, the platform will periodically synchronize the changes based on the automatic synchronization policy set for LDAP or triggered manually by the user. If some users are deleted from LDAP before the next synchronization, the deleted users will still be displayed as “normal” on the platform, but they will not be able to log in.

To ensure the consistency of the user system, it is recommended to synchronize the latest LDAP user information to the platform in a timely manner whenever there are changes in the LDAP user information.
