Deploy Log Center

The log collection component is responsible for collecting log data from the cluster and forwarding it to the log storage component on the cluster responsible for storing logs.

Prerequisites

At least one cluster on the platform has deployed the log storage component.

Procedure

1. In the left navigation bar, click Clusters > Clusters.

2. Click the Cluster Name to be deployed with the log collection component.

3. On the Plugins tab, click > Deployments on the right side of the log collection component.

4. Select the Storage Cluster (which has deployed the log storage component), and click Select/Deselect the log type to set the scope of log collection in the cluster.

5. Click Deployments.
