From template
Quickly create alarm policies for specified clusters, nodes, or computing components using alarm templates created on the platform.
Prerequisites

The monitoring components have been deployed for the cluster where the alarm policy is to be created.

Alarm templates have been created on the platform.
Procedure

In the left navigation pane, click Operations Center > Firing > Rules.
Tip: You can switch the target cluster by using the top navigation bar.

Click the
icon to the right of the Create Alarm Policy button, and then click Create Alarm Policy from Template. -
Configure some parameters by referring to the following table.
Parameter Description Template Name The name of the alarm template to be used. The templates are classified by clusters, nodes, and computing components.
Tip: After selecting a template, you can view the alarm rules, notification policies, and alarm sending intervals set in the expanded area.Resource Type If the selected template is a template for Clusters, the resource name displays the name of the current cluster.
If the selected template is a template for Nodes, click the drop-down list of Resource Name to select the node for which the alarm policy is to be created. You can select All Nodes or a specific node.
If the selected template is a template for Workloads, you need to select the namespace where the computing component is located and the specific name of the computing component in the Resource Object area. -
Click Create.
