Overview

The black box monitoring function of the platform is based on Blackbox Exporter , which allows users to detect networks through ICMP, TCP, and HTTP, helping users quickly discover faults occurring on the platform.

Compared with the white box monitoring system (various monitoring indicators already available on the platform), black box monitoring focuses on results. When the white box monitoring cannot cover all factors affecting service availability, black box monitoring can quickly discover faults and issue alerts based on the occurrence of faults. For example, if a business interface is abnormal, black box monitoring can promptly expose such faults to users.

Description of Access rights

Platform administrators or users with relevant platform management permissions can view, create, update, and delete black box monitoring items.

Platform auditors or users with relevant platform auditing permissions can view black box monitoring items.
