Online Operations
After enabling online operations for the platform and deploying the online operations plugin for the global cluster, the plugin will periodically synchronize the monitoring data of all clusters on the platform to the Customer Portal system when the platform’s network can connect to the Internet. You can view and manage the platform in the Customer Portal system, and perform online monitoring and maintenance on the platform.
Especially when your enterprise deploys multiple platforms (environments) based on different usage scenarios, enabling online operations for the platform can help you centrally manage multiple platforms.
