Deploy a catalog application
If the template references cross-namespace or cluster-level resources, the operations of developers and testers will be restricted, and you need to assist in deploying the template application.
Procedure

In the left navigation pane, click Catalog > Chart repository.

Click Name of the template repository.

In the Helm Charts area, find the template to be deployed and click Deploy Template.

Fill in the configuration and click Deployments.
After the deployment is complete, developers and testers can manage the application on the Applications > Catalog apps page.
