Notification Contact Group

A notification contact group is a group of notification objects with the same logical characteristics, representing a class of entities that receive notification messages.

The platform supports multiple notification servers. Please refer to the Notification Server documentation to add a server. After adding the server, the configuration options for notification methods corresponding to the notification type will be displayed. If no notification server is configured, the corresponding notification methods will not be shown.

Adding Notification Contact Group

1. In the left navigation bar, click on Operation Center > Notification.

2. Switch to the Notification Contact Group tab.

3. Click on Create Notification Contact Group and configure the relevant parameters as follows:

   Parameter	Description
   Email	Add an email to the entire notification contact group. When the platform sends email notifications, it will send notifications to this email and all emails of the contacts in the group.
   Webhook URL/WeChat Group Robot/DingTalk Group Robot/Lark Group Robot/Forwarding Server	Enter the URL of the corresponding notification method based on the configured notification server. After configuration, contacts under this group will be notified using this method. Note: Some parameters will be displayed after configuring the notification server, please refer to Notification Server .
   Contact Configuration	Click on Add Contact to add existing platform users to the contact group. Ensure the accuracy of the selected contacts’ contact information (phone, email, API callback) to receive message notifications correctly.

4. Click on Add.
