Notification rules

Notification policies support sending notifications via email, SMS, or interface callback, such as alerts for abnormal resource usage.

Notification strategies support sending notifications via email, SMS, and other forms, such as sending alert notifications for abnormal platform resource operation.

The platform supports multiple notification servers. Please refer to the Notification Server documentation to add a server. After adding the server, the configuration options for notification methods corresponding to the notification type will be displayed. If no notification server is configured, the corresponding notification methods will not be shown.

Creating Notification Strategy

Send notification messages to notification contacts by combining existing notification servers, notification contact groups, and notification templates.

Prerequisites

If you need to notify contacts using Enterprise Communication Tool Server or Forwarding Server, users need to first modify their contact information in Personal Information, such as filling in the Enterprise WeChat ID.

Steps

  1. In the Project Management view, click Project name.

  2. In the left navigation bar, click Notifications.

  3. Click Create Rule and configure the relevant parameters according to the following instructions.

    Parameter Description
    Receiver Group A notification contact group is a logically grouped set of notification objects. The platform will notify the contacts using the specified notification method. You can create a notification object by clicking Add Notification Contact Group .
    Receivers Select one or more notification contacts to add. The platform will send notifications using the contact information in the Profile of the notification contact.
    Notification Method Supports various methods such as Enterprise WeChat, DingTalk, Lark, Enterprise WeChat Group Robot, DingTalk Group Robot, Lark Group Robot, WebHook URL, Forwarding Server, and allows for multiple selections.
    Note: Some parameters will be displayed after configuring the notification server, please refer to Notification Server .
    Notification Template Select a notification template for displaying notification information.

  4. Click on Create.
