Distributed Storage
Distributed storage is a cluster-based hyper-converged storage solution provided by the platform. Based on the open-source ROOK + Ceph storage solution, distributed storage achieves automatic management, automatic scaling, and automatic repair capabilities for distributed storage, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized block storage, file storage, and object storage.

Based on the open-source ROOK + Ceph storage solution, distributed storage achieves distributed storage capabilities that are automatically managed, scaled, and repaired, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized block storage, file storage, and object storage.
There are two types of access scenarios: one is to access distributed storage resources of other business clusters within the platform, ensuring storage and business isolation for easy management and maintenance; the other is to access external Ceph storage resources as distributed storage.
Storage pool refers to the logical partition used for storing data. In the same storage cluster, different types of storage pools such as file storage and block storage can be used simultaneously to support different business requirements.
After creating distributed storage, you can still view and modify the deployment location of components, which is convenient for storage expansion and maintenance.
Regardless of whether it belongs to a Ceph cluster node, the available hard disk on the node can be mapped as a Ceph storage device for use.
Distributed storage provides out-of-the-box monitoring metrics collection and alerting capabilities. After enabling monitoring and alerting, you can monitor and alert on storage clusters, storage performance, and storage components, and configure notification policies.
