Released Versions
Release Policy
Artifact Hub Shim follows a rolling-release maintenance model. Development and maintenance occur on the main product line, and each new release supersedes the previous release.
No fixed end-of-support date is assigned in advance. The latest released version is the supported version. When a newer version becomes available, the previous version stops receiving maintenance and users should upgrade to the latest version.
Maintenance Policy
Bug fixes, security updates, and compatibility improvements are delivered in a new release from the current product line. Alauda does not publish maintenance patches for older Artifact Hub Shim versions after a newer version has been released.
When an issue affects an older installation:
- Review the latest Release Notes for behavioral or configuration changes.
- Back up custom repository definitions and plugin configuration.
- Upgrade the cluster plugin to the latest available version.
- Verify API readiness, source status, and Tekton resolution after the upgrade.
Artifact Hub Shim v1.0.0 is the first generally available release.
